Spices that make the difference
Our pepper plants thrive on the Swiss Farm in Kampot Province, in the south-west of Cambodia. Just a few hours from Phnom Penh, the region and its eponymous capital offer ideal conditions: mineral-rich soils, tropical rains and the centuries-old expertise of the local farmers.
Every berry is harvested by hand and processed according to old traditions – from picking to sun-drying to the careful selection of the best kernels. Thanks to our direct import without middlemen, we can vouch for origin and quality and ensure fair prices.
Regular visits to the farm strengthen the partnership with our farmers. Most of our profit flows back into the farm and supports the people there – for better living conditions and a sustainable future.

Perfectly protected, hand-packed
Right after the harvest in Cambodia, our pepper is carefully selected and prepared for transport to Germany. Once it arrives, we pack it by hand – with the same care with which it was harvested.
This gentle handling preserves the full aroma, and every delivery reaches you as fresh and unadulterated as possible. Our environmentally friendly packaging protects the pepper perfectly and preserves its quality – for a taste experience second to none.
FAQs
You will find more questions and answers on our FAQ page.
What is special about Kampot pepper?
Kampot pepper is among the finest peppers in the world. It is grown in Cambodia under ideal conditions, harvested by hand and processed using traditional methods. Its unique aroma and careful processing make it so special.
How is Kampot pepper processed?
Every pepper berry is picked by hand, dried differently depending on the variety (e.g. sun-drying for black pepper) and then carefully selected. This preserves the full aroma.
How should I store the pepper?
Store the pepper in a cool, dry place, ideally in airtight packaging or a container, to protect the aroma.
Can I use Kampot pepper in a pepper mill?
Yes – all dried Kampot pepper varieties are ideal for the pepper mill. For the best flavour we recommend grinding them fresh. The exception is fermented Kampot pepper: it is moist and therefore not suitable for mills. Crush it in a mortar instead, or add it directly to the dish.
Is the pepper organic?
Yes, our Kampot pepper is organic and Ecocert-certified. It is grown without chemicals or artificial additives – a pure natural product of the highest quality.
