Roasted without fat – not fried
Most seasoned cashews in stores are fried in oil and then salted. Ours are roasted without fat and seasoned while hot – so the texture stays fine instead of greasy, and the seasoning still sticks.
Only extra-large, whole kernels (grade W240) are used, hand-selected from our partner farm in Cambodia. No breakage, no palm oil, no flavour enhancers.
Three varieties, three characters
All three are available in 100 g packs at €6.50.
Black Pepper
With black Kampot pepper and sea salt. Bold and savoury, the classic to go with wine.
Red Pepper
With the red pepper blend. Fruity and aromatic with mild heat – the most versatile variety.
Sea Salt
Only with hand-harvested Kampot sea salt. Puristic, for those who want to taste the essence.

What's inside – and what isn't
The ingredient list is short: cashews, spices, sea salt. Nothing else. No sugar, no oil, no flavourings, no anti-caking agents. If you only know cashews salted from a bag, you will taste the difference immediately – above all because real Kampot pepper is used, not pepper flavouring.

The insider tip: with dried mango
Try the cashews together with our sun-dried mango. The subtle heat of the kernels and the natural sweetness of the fruit complement each other astonishingly well – the most frequent surprise at our market stall. You will also find both together in our gift boxes.
Questions about our cashews
Are the cashews really roasted without fat?
Yes, without oil. This preserves the fine texture and avoids unnecessary fat. The seasoning is applied right after roasting, while the kernels are still warm – so it sticks even without oil.
Where do the cashews come from?
From a partner farm in Cambodia that we work with directly. They are seasoned with our own Kampot pepper and hand-harvested Kampot sea salt.
Do they contain additives?
No. Cashews, spices and sea salt – that is the complete list of ingredients. No sugar, no palm oil, no flavour enhancers.
How long do they keep?
At least 12 months. Once opened, keep well sealed and cool – they stay crunchy.
Which variety should I choose?
Black Pepper is the savoury classic, Red Pepper the fruity-mild option, Sea Salt the puristic one. If unsure: Black Pepper is reordered most often.
