Refund policy

Return and Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Please address your withdrawal to:

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, minus the delivery costs.

The refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods back and they have been inspected, but at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the return. For the refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

 

4. Returning the goods

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please note:

  • The goods must reach us in perfect condition.
  • For food and other sealed goods, a return is only possible if the products are unopened and undamaged.
  • The goods will be checked for any defects after receipt of the return.

 

5. Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functioning.
