Shipping information
We ship all orders with DHL from Schorndorf (Germany). Orders usually leave our premises within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. All prices are in euros.
Germany
- Orders from €50: free shipping
- DHL Kleinpaket (up to 1 kg): €3.25
- Delivery time: usually 2–4 business days
- Pickup in Schorndorf by arrangement (free)
European Union
Up to 0.7 kg product weight we ship as DHL Warenpost International (tracked, 4–7 business days), above that as DHL Paket International (door-to-door, 3–5 business days). Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country and are shown at checkout before you complete your order:

Important for deliveries to Switzerland: Switzerland is not part of the EU customs union. On import, Swiss VAT, customs duties and a customs clearance fee charged by the carrier may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid by the recipient on delivery or via an invoice from the carrier. Our prices do not include VAT for deliveries to Switzerland.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.
