Sustainability is not a trend but a core principle deeply rooted in PeppCorn's philosophy. Our products stand not only for exceptional quality, but also for responsibility – towards the environment, the farmers and future generations.
Fair trade – working directly, without middlemen
We work closely and directly with the farmers of the Swiss Farm and neighbouring small farms in Cambodia. These partnerships are personal and long-term. By avoiding middlemen we guarantee:
- Fair pay: The farmers receive prices that reflect their hard work and the exceptional quality of their products.
- Social projects: A large part of our profit flows back into the region to support local projects in education, health and infrastructure.

Sustainable cultivation – tradition instead of chemicals
Our partner farms rely on traditional cultivation methods that have existed for generations. This means:
- No chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
- Sustainable soil care to preserve fertility in the long term.
- Gentle harvesting and processing methods that respect natural resources.

A contribution to the future
Every step on the Swiss Farm is carried out with the greatest care – from planting the pepper vines to harvesting the ripe berries:
- Caring for the plants: Every pepper plant is tended by hand, from selecting the shoots to regularly checking for optimal ripeness.
- Harvesting by hand: The berries are picked by hand to ensure that only the best and ripest kernels are harvested.
- Gentle processing: After harvesting, the berries are dried in the sun, carefully selected and prepared for export.
This level of dedication and craftsmanship guarantees that every peppercorn meets the highest quality standards.
